WHO WE ARE ?
BTMI think-tank is a team of professionals from building management, front desk associates, and the residents from the board. All of them have decades of experience and understanding as users of various property management software running in the market.
The common objective that brought the above qualified specialists into a BTMI team is to create a perfect software package that should overcome all the lacking currently in most of the available software.
BTMI's main focus was to ensure the problems faced by the users (mainly property managers, front desk associates and the residents) should be recognized as “real problems” and then such problems have to be addressed professionally keeping in mind the solutions should be user friendly, transparent, documented and can be cross checked.
Few of them are mentioned here under:
-
Server storage problems
-
Unsecured Data and personal information stored in the system
-
Software malfunctioned
-
Obsolete and outdated software technology
-
Lack of relevant features in the software package
-
Some features restricted with more imbursement
-
Missing of transparency, functional documentation and cross-check
-
Functions of the features and/or screen view are unfriendly to users.
That led the BTMI team to design and develop such building management software that must provide possibly the entire relevant comprehensive features and functions as one window operation with the objective that the software operation still has to be very easy in use for all the users.
The excellent team worked successfully to launch BTMI as the perfect solution for all the building operations and for the residents in the building.
BTMI design, color scheme, font sizes and styles and the features and their functions ensures the user can easily understand the operation and be able to start using immediately and enjoy working on it.
BTMI is the only building management that is pertinent to all kinds of residential buildings such as condominium building, rental apartment, town-homes, and residential buildings either running by the third party property management companies or directly by corporations with in-house management systems.
